To ensure every detail is spot on, we invite each bride and groom to an exclusive and jolly two-hour tasting session. During this sit-down, we’ll run through the entire weekend, and you’ll have the chance to sample carefully curated dishes from our menu. This allows us to fine-tune the details and make sure every flavour and texture hits the mark.

Our Rooms
We have 10 double rooms (with the option to separate the beds), 7 single rooms with the possibility of extra beds. Access to 3 double cabins on our 65-foot sailing boat, which is a real hit with our guests. The sailing boat is unavailable during the winter months. In total, we currently have up to 34 beds and 17 rooms. Breakfast is included in the price, and check-out is no later than 11:00 am. All guests must have vacated Villa Soludden by 12:00 pm.

If you would like an open bar after the meal, including wine/beer/cocktails, you can add SEK 495 per head.
Additional Prices, Optional Extras, and Possibilities
- If a jetty-side ceremony is desired, there will be an additional charge of SEK 6,000 plus SEK 160 per head.
- For use of the sauna, there is a charge of SEK 5,000.
- Tasting of food and wine, along with a thorough walkthrough of the entire wedding/celebration.
- Duration: 2 hours with the responsible person on-site – cost: SEK 2,000.

Bröllopsdagen
- Approx. 11:00 am: The bride and groom arrive with the bridal party.
- Approx. 2:00-3:00 pm: Hotel guests arrive.
- Approx. 3:00-4:00 pm: The remaining guests arrive and gather on the jetty for the ceremony.
- 3:50 pm: The bride/couple line up at the entrance to the jetty for the procession.
- 4:00 pm: The ceremony begins on the jetty.
- 4:20-5:30 pm: Drinks reception and wedding toast with canapés & Cava/Champagne.
- 5:30 pm: Guests move towards the orangery to enjoy the wedding breakfast.
- 6:00 pm: The wedding breakfast commences.
- Approx. 10:00 pm: Coffee, wedding cake by the jetty lounge.
- 11:00 pm: Lé Club kicks off on the dance floor with bartenders.
- 1:00 am: Evening nibbles – or a little later, as it suits.
- 1:30 am: Music and bar close.
- 1:30 am: Option to continue in the relaxation area with drinks and, sauna.
Wedding Weekend Itinerary (Fri-Sun)
Day 1 – Friday Get-Together
- Approx. 4:30 pm: The bride and groom arrive with the bridal party, and remaining guests. Upon arrival, you are welcome to check in and then enjoy a relaxed get-together on the jetty with games and chilled drinks, snacks, and charcuterie.
- 7:00 pm: Barbecue dinner with drinks.
- 9:00 pm: Sauna & relaxation with robes, towels, and, slippers for everyone.
Day 2 – Wedding Day
- 7:30-9:30 am: Breakfast.
- Approx. 10:00 am: The bride and her bridesmaids take their places for make-up & hair in the suite.
- Approx. 12:00 pm: Villa Soludden serves the bride and groom and their party a light lunch, such as Caesar or prawn salad.
- Approx. 12:45 pm: First-look – photography on the jetty, around Villa Soludden, etc.
- Approx. 2:00-3:00 pm: Any remaining overnight hotel guests arrive for check-in.
- Approx. 3:00-4:00 pm: The remaining guests arrive and gather on the jetty.
- 3:50 pm: The bride/couple line up at the entrance to the jetty for the procession.
- 4:00 pm: The ceremony begins on the jetty.
- 4:20-5:30 pm: Drinks reception and wedding toast with canapés & Cava or Champagne.
- 5:30 pm: Guests move towards dinner.
- 6:00 pm: Dinner commences.
- Approx. 10:30 pm: Espresso Martinis/Coffee & digestifs and wedding cake on the jetty by the jetty lounge.
- 11:30 pm: Dancing on the dance floor with bar.
- Approx. 12:30 am: Evening nibbles (or a little later, as it suits).
- 1:30 am: Music and bar close, unless otherwise agreed.
- 1:30 am: Option to continue with an after-party in the relaxation area with drinks and, sauna.
Day 3 – Departure
- 9:00-11:00 am: Breakfast is served in the lounge or orangery.
- 11:30 am/12:00 pm: Check-out and leave Villa Soludden with a smile.
